I would seriously give Christine 1,000,000 stars if I could! She is THE BEST! My husband and I had been looking for a home for a while, and we'd explored different realtors, but no one clicked for us. Everything felt so unfriendly and sales-y. Christine was recommended to us through a local lender and I couldn't be more thankful for that interaction. Something that I LOVED is that when we reached out, she scheduled a time for us to video chat and go through a whole bunch of info. She had really nice (and super aesthetically pleasing) documents that explained the local markets, what to expect in the home buying process, timelines, etc. It was so helpful and I learned a ton from that initial call. It was also a great opportunity to ask questions and ensure we were the right fit for each other. We had our challenges in finding a house, much like many first time homebuyers in today's market, but Christine advocated for us through-and-through. We owe her a lot for her patience with us - lol! She always amazed us with her proactive approach to everything. I feel like she took care of so much, which made things seem not so overwhelming. It was nice to have someone that was 100% on our team and felt completely dependable. Something that I was so grateful for was her willingness to step in when I wasn't able to. Moving from out of state, there were times that I couldn't be at walkthroughs and inspections. She was an incredible partner to have glance over things for me, point out imperfections, maintain attention to detail, and keep everything moving as it should, despite my absence. I never had any worry. I am kind of sad that we purchased a home because this means that our time together is over (for now)! We seriously LOVE our new home, but my husband has already said - "If we are looking for another house one day, I really hope Christine is still a realtor because she is incredible" - I couldn't agree more! If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Christine. Speaking from a buyer's perspective, she is the perfect person to work with if you're looking for someone that is a firm advocate for you. She always had our best interest in mind and continuously impressed us with her expertise and attention to detail. She's also a great human with a super kind, fun personality that we are so thankful to have connected with!
